You'd have to ask infrastructure. Hopefully the volume of such requests
will dwindle as people find the project's page.
Joshua Silve's suggestion was that someone harvest all the email addresses
posting "sign me up" type messages, and send it out a simple e-mail pointing
them at the project page.
If someone gathers the addresses, I'll volunteer to separate out the ones
that have already subscribed from the ones that haven't.
