I hear you.

You need to place the files in:

www.apache.org/dist/jakarta/tapestry/binaries
and 
www.apache.org/dist/jakarta/tapestry/source

Checkout http://www.apache.org/dist/jakarta/struts/ for some ideas.

To incubator: I see a status email every week, but there doesn't appear to 
be anything happening here.

What really is the status?
