Assalamu alaykum, I just came accross a blog post [1], that listed Arabic as one of a few languages whose translations have become sort of unmaintained and are endangered to *not* be included in the next release.
More info about KDE translations and the state of the arabic translations can be found in [2] [3]. It seems there are only about 40% of the GUI strings translated [4] and none of the documentation [5].
