The co-chair said that Gen-ART could have another week or two to turn in a review. Is that sufficient?

It's already 11/17 in my time zone, and even if I do nothing but Gen-ART reviewing, there is no chance I can read, understand and meaningfully comment on a 200+ pages document defining a new protocol. If any of the Gen-ART colleagues believes that they can do better, please step in.
