I have read this through and can see no problems. It seems to have been
adequately
reviewed by URN format experts too.
One tiny piece of future-proofing would be to state that in this context,
'ogf' stands for 'open grid format'. Thus, if the OGF ever changes its name
(as it has in the past) or even, unthinkably, vanishes, the namespace would
still make sense.
