Deleting the BBench page is probably a good idea. The only thing I'd recommend 
is porting the "Tips for Making Your Disk Image gem5 Friendly" section over to 
the KitKat wiki entry. It contains some useful tips, and the KitKat page 
references that section as well, which would make the KitKat page a little 
confusing should the BBench page go away.
