Hello All, I am trying to register on review board, but end up with error "An internal error occurred: 50EA8B0A168C0.A8CAE85.ED001888".I have been trying since two days with no luck. Could it be that only the admin can register users? I am actually not sure whom I should be contacting regarding registration or other issues related to review board.
