To me, these numbers smell of numeric over-/ underflow, or miscasting.
In hex, these are:

0xFFFFFFFF91F1A000
0xFFFFFFFFD6839000

So these can either be stack pointers, negative numbers, or bogus 32 bit
values.  Not sure what Ruby is doing here.
