Hello, I am working on a GEM5 system with Ruby that I am running it in Full System mode. I noticed that the Ruby memory system initializes two DMA Controllers. I am wondering what the DMA controllers do exactly and if I really need them to boot Linux and run the PARSEC benchmark.
