Hi Guru, Please note that I am not using any benchmark with -b option. Please see the command below. M5_PATH is irrelevant, since I am using --disk-image parameter, which is right by definition and is already tested by me. Your suggestion about --script option seems irrelevant too. Yes I run a shell scrip from a Java program, that shell script contains a command for running the simulation using gem5. And the simulation is all about just using a given script (please see in the command) .rcS file to create a checkpoint. Everything works fine as long as it is run from the command line: i.e., by doing ./MyShellScript.sh But gives the problem mentioned while running it from within the Java program and the error trace is there.
