Hi I also encountered with this problem. when i ran benchmark+ckpts, checkpoint was created then simulation abroad. then i restored system with --restore-with-cpu=timing command and simulation continued very well. is it ok? does ROI of Benchmark ran correctly? or debug file contained linux Transactions? please answer my question if you know.
