Hi all,
I am running parsec on x86. I modified hooks to switch cpus at the beginnig
of ROI in order to run ROI with detailed cpu. However, I am having a
similar problem as in this thread except that I do not use ruby memory
model:
http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg05255.html
The program exits after switching cpu:

Global frequency set at 1000000000000 ticks per second
info: kernel located at:
/mnt/nokrb/fkaplan3/gem5/full_system/binaries/x86_64-vmlinux-2.6.28.4-smp

hack: be nice to actually delete the event here
Exiting @ tick 10915991606500 because switchcpu

How can i run only ROI in detailed mode? I know about the fast forward
option, but I do not want to have to determine the instruction count until
ROI (to be used as the FF parameter) for each benchmark. Is there a way to
keep execution after switching cpus using the m5op in hooks?
Best,
Fulya
