Is there any documentation for using the CPU Local Timer for ARM? I see that there is a device in the src/dev/arm folder for it.
1. If I want to use it in my system, do I need to add it in the config script or is this included in the processor when built for ARM? If I have to add it to the config script, how does it connect to the core? Which ports? 2. How can I write software to interface with it? Are there libraries/macros/APIs for this?
