Hello fellow gem5 users, I have released a clean/stock version of Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) as well as a modified one with BBench and a few extras at:
http://gem5.org/BBench-gem5 I have also updated the section on building your own Android disk image and I've added a section describing in a little more detail how to make the image a little more suitable for gem5. The run scripts for the ICS images are not in the gem5 repo yet but, I have submitted a patch and you can get them from the reviewboard here: http://reviews.gem5.org/r/1261/ There may be a few kinks to work out with the BBench.
