Hi there, I wanted to change the physical memory model for DDR to some other types of memory like Phase change RAM or so. Could you please let me know if it is possible to do so and what all files will I need to touch? (I saw the specifications for DDR are written in dram(.hh/.cc), do I need to write similar files for a different type of memory? What other files will I need to change?) I would appreciate your guidance on this.
