What is mfgs? > Why hasen't the users contributed more? Some time before 2005 there have been religious wars on how good symbols look like and what attributes they should contain. Specifically, there was a dissent about the presence or absence of footprint attributes. As a result, the default lib got populated with footprint-less symbols. User contribution was not encouraged. IIRC, mno additions have been accepted since 2005. In parallel, gedasymbols.org was established with separate sections for every contributor. ---<)kaimartin(>--- -- Kai-Martin Knaak Email: k...@familieknaak.de http://pool.sks-keyservers.net:11371/pks/lookup?search=0x6C0B9F53 not happy with moderation of geda-user _______________________________________________ geda-user mailing list geda-user@moria.seul.org http://www.seul.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/geda-user
