Sometimes the crosshair snaps to center of grid, overlapping grid points, which are in inverse video in this case. But sometimes crosshair snaps to a position close to grid points, but not overlapping.
Seems to be not related to mm grid only, similar behavior with mil. For me this is irritating -- but maybe its a feature?
