npn transistors really should not have "G" "D" and "S", this is for MOSFET. It can be necessary to modify symbol or footprint so that pinnumbers match, see http://archives.seul.org/geda/user/Dec-2007/msg00422.html At gedasymbols we have a few heavy transistors with matching footprints.
