You need a 1.1mm (43 mil) hole for the three signal pins, on 2.5mm (98 mil) centers. That leaves 55 mil between drills, you can have 20 mil annulus (43+20+20 = 83 mil "size") with 15 mil space between them.
The pin itself is only 0.8mm (32 mil) so you can probably get away with a 35 mil drill if you want - the extra "official" size allows for hole plating and wave soldering. Minimum space and clearance depends on the accuracy of your process; I can do 8 mil with toner transfer and 5 mil with photomask, you might want to stick with 10 or more mil until you're more comfortable with your process. For the two mounting pins, set the drill size big enough to fit the pins through, and the copper size 40 mil bigger (20 mil annulus). Set the mask to anything, you won't be using it anyway. Or set it to be 6 mil bigger than the copper size, this is what most fabs want anyway. _______________________________________________ geda-user mailing list [email protected] http://www.seul.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/geda-user
