I've already downloaded the source code for olib and other useful utilities and will see if perhaps I can figure out a way to improve that code base. It may be necessary to buy a legal copy of OrCAD and to intentionally create files with simple known content in order to decipher the principles upon which the OrCAD library files are based. Whatever it takes, I'm willing to work on this problem until it is solved.
You may want to get a copy of the license before you purchase it. Reverse engineering restrictions, DMCA and other onerous restrictions may be buried in the fine print.
