I've added an extra paragraph in
https://github.com/OSGeo/gdal/pull/13880 using the feedback of the
similar discussion that occurs in parallel for QGIS, mostly stating that
the RFC is about how to handle LLM based contributions but not taking a
final position if LLM code contributions are acceptable, to reflect that
this is still a much debated topic.
