Alas, muparser NaN behaviour is not perfect. There is no isNaN support
at all and OR and AND are not correct. I don't know what is his
background - seems to be astro/space/aviation and definitely not Earth
sciences. I wonder if the best solution wouldn't be to contribute this
directly to muparser?
