Hi Ari,

This should be fine with master or latest state of the release/3.11 branch, or try to use maybe Arrow 18 or something if you need to sick with release/3.9. There are from time to time breakages in the Arrow C++ API, and older GDAL releases won't build for that  reason with newer Arrow releases.
