[SOLVED] :) and this is the report of what we found - Thank you Even to point it out that our COG proxy range request was giving back 1byte less - Our test via differents client was affected by a mix of wrong and not supported gdal vs rasterio versions - This mismatch affected our titiler based on rio-tiler that was installed in a older gdal base image.
The effect was that the COG server was working correctly, but the client results in internal errors after a while of work. Thank you to all who tried to help in some way.
