Thanks for the testing. I assume all/most those discrepancies aren't
new? In any case, they don't seem like blockers.
Even
cmake
- there is no enabled test ?
- /usr/bin/makegeo.exe is built but there is no manual
- /usr/share/doc/GeoTIFF/* docs are installed
autoconf
- "make check" passes
- /usr/bin/makegeo.exe is not present
- /usr/share/doc/GeoTIFF/* docs are NOT installed
