bindings improvements, utilities, C++ sanitation, etc. He attends our
regular contributor meetings, and was also present at the last OSGeo
code sprint to work on GDAL. He's also a GEOS project steering
committee member and a PostGIS core developer. It would make a lot of
sense that he can have a vote for project decisions.
