Hi PSC,
The Breathe project (https://github.com/breathe-doc/breathe) that GDAL
and PROJ depends on to format their C++ Doxygen documentation into
Sphinx compatible documentation is currently seeking for funding to help
for its maintenance (dealing with deprecation in Sphinx related
projects, cutting new releases, processing the pull request queue,
etc.). Given the focus for better documentation expressed by respondents
to our user survey, it seems to be a good investment for the GDAL
project to make sure its documentation framework remains in a healthy shape.
Motion: approve the use of up to 2,500 USD by the Breathe project for
their maintenance activities until end of year 2025, funded through the
GDAL Sponsorhip program.
Starting with my +1,
Even
