On debian 10 linux, using gdal 3.7.1 or 3.8beta, built with apache arrow
12.0, I get a segfault immediately after running either of these commands:
ogr2ogr tst.gpkg
PARQUET:"/vsicurl/https://overturemapswestus2.blob.core.windows.net/release/2023-10-19-alpha.0/theme=admins";
ogr2ogr tst.gpkg
/vsis3/overturemaps-us-west-2/release/2023-10-19-alpha.0/theme=admins
