Hello; I have an xml file and I am converting it to kml file using ogr2ogr. I tried it on many files and it converted without any problems, but it could not convert the file labeled gml that I mentioned in the link. When I looked at the other parts of the file, I couldn't find a problem. The link to the sample file is below.
