Im getting a error message : "Invalid dataset dimensions : -2147483648 x -2147483648" while using gdalinfo for a wmts url.What is the reason for the error.How to resolve this.The WMTS Url used is : "https://services.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/Polar/Arctic_Ocean_Base/MapServer/WMTS/1.0.0/WMTSCapabilities.xml";.
