Is there a way to refresh the data contents from a WFS server using GDAL ? Or
should I do that on my own using a thread for example. Is it safe to call

OGRSFDriverRegistrar::Open("WFS:http://192.168.139.129/cgi-bin/tinyows.exe",true);
periodcally ? or it should be called once ?Ahmed
