gdal2tiles seems to have become something of an orphan.
I install Osgeo with gdal-16,
Go Gdal-16 on command line, but gdal2tiles doesnt work. I used to have
to going no problem in an older osgeo version.
This is with the stock version of gdal2tiles

Now I have a heavily hacked version of this and would really like to
get it going properly.
1/ What I am missing getting it going under Gdal-16?
2/ what needs to happen to gdal2tiles.py in general terms to fit it into
the 1.9.3 framework?
