Hmm, I'm not following gfortran closely.  Is there a reason to believe that the gfortran developers would split across the two projects?  If so, that's a significant issue.  If you've got a pointer to a discussion, I'm happy to take it and read up on things.



So, goodbye to SPEC for both branches in the medium term.
