No. Submit a patch, and if it is approved, a maintainer (Gerald, perhaps, since that's his area) will apply it for you. It should go to gcc-patches with [wwwdocs] in the beginning of the title. Patches for the web site are treated much like patches for code: they go to gcc-patches, and have an approval process.
