To reproduce:

$ cd {build_dir}/gcc && make check 
RUNTESTFLAGS="dg-torture.exp=gcc.dg/torture/pr118184.c 
--target_board='unix{-m64}'"
$ cd {build_dir}/gcc && make check 
RUNTESTFLAGS="dg-torture.exp=gcc.dg/torture/pr118184.c 
--target_board='unix{-m64\ -march=cascadelake}'"
