This patch fixes a stupid typo in:

Assert that the rtx we're looking for is nonnull. Allow searches
for constant pool SYMBOL_REFs.
which caused a boostrap failure on PowerPC. Bootstrapped on
powerpc64-linux-gnu and installed as obvious.
