[GSoC][match-and-simplify] Add DEBUG_FUNCTION attribute

This patch adds DEBUG_FUNCTION attribute to print_* functions
in genmatch.c

* genmatch.c (print_operand): Add attribute DEBUG_FUNCTION.
  (print_matches): Likewise.
  (decision_tree::print_node): Likewise.
  (decision_tree::print): Likewise.
