Hi,

I was looking at some scheduler dumps and spotted that
the pattern "zero_extend<mode>di2" is missing a type attribute
on ARM.

I've fixed that with this obvious patch, committed as
revision 205050.

Tested on arm-none-eabi with no regressions.
