libgo patch committed: Update for libbacktrace change

This patch to libgo updates the use of the libbacktrace library for the
recent addition of a size argument to the syminfo callback.
Bootstrapped and ran Go testsuite on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu.
Committed to mainline.
