I haven't made a pass to fix dependencies in all the t-* files, but I
did this one both as an example, and because it was the last user of
the undefined TREE_GIMPLE_H variable.
* config/i386/t-i386 (i386.o): Remove.
(i386-c.o): Use COMPILE and POSTCOMPILE.
