This patch removes the #include of "except.h" from go-lang.c. I added it in order to call build_personality_function, but that declaration is now in tree.h. except.h is considered to be a backend header that should not be included in frontend code. Bootstrapped and ran Go testsuite on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu. Committed to mainline.
