Oops~ I should have said that my suggested changes
still require Gerald's approval.
Gerald is web page maintainer and he is the one
who has right to approve the web page patches.

By the way, the changes that Kaushik committed
didn't remove html comment mark surrounding
"New Targets and Target Specific Improvements",
causing the description of RX target went into
"New Languages and Language specific improvements" section.

I think you (or Kaushik) need to make such change:
