Bootstrapped and regtested on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu and
x86_64-mine-linux-uclibc without regressions, ok for trunk?

        Makefile.in: Use $(FI) instead of fixincl@EXEEXT@.
        Cleanup whitespace while at it.
