I think my mistake was to use the links as they appear at http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2013-01/msg01446.html I was biased because I have found that the link for OpenMP Application Program Interface v3.1. at http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gfortran/OpenMP-Modules-OMP_005fLIB-and-OMP_005fLIB_005fKINDS.html#OpenMP-Modules-OMP_005fLIB-and-OMP_005fLIB_005fKINDS does not work.
