The following avoids the extra epilogue vectorization we now get for
fixed-size vectors so the dump scanning is not confused by it.

Tested on aarch64-linux and arm-none-eabi, pushed.

        * gcc.dg/vect/complex/fast-math-complex-add-pattern-half-float.c:
        Add --param vect-epilogues-nomask=0.
