Add an assertion policy to ignore the ghost predicates in
Ada.Strings.Superbounded.
gcc/ada/ChangeLog:
* libgnat/a-strsup.ads: Ignore Ghost_Predicate in the assertion policy.
Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on master.
