On PowerPC, there is a psabi warning for argument passing of a DFP vector.
We are not expecting this warning and we get a failure due to it.
Adding -Wno-psabi fixes the testcase.

Committed as obvious after a quick test.

gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:

        PR testsuite/119909
        * gcc.dg/torture/pr119131-1.c: Add -Wno-psabi.
