Because MIPS function symbol is generated in the prologue function,
this nop generation should be done in prologue.

        (mips_print_patchable_function_entry): Define empty function.
        (TARGET_ASM_PRINT_PATCHABLE_FUNCTION_ENTRY): Define macro.
