arm eabi emits the exception table using the handlerdata directive
and does not use a comdat section for comdat functions. So this
testcase should be skipped for arm eabi.

Pushed as obvious after a quick test.

gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:

        * g++.dg/eh/pr119507.C: Skip for arm eabi.
