        * ast/rust-ast-visitor.h: Replace context with StackedContexts.
        * ast/rust-ast-visitor.cc (ContextualASTVisitor::visit): Use new APIs.
        * checks/errors/rust-ast-validation.cc (ASTValidation::visit): Likewise.
